How to book your ERP/HCM approved Hotel Request

Click on the link in the email or SMS you get from Almosafer

Review check-in / check-out, how many adults & children as well as number of rooms requested before you click on "Search Hotels"

Select the desired hotel from the search results. Each result will show you some information about the hotel (type, location, rating, price, distance from city center, etc.).

Choose the appropriate room from the available rooms in the selected hotel. Each result will show you some information about the room (type, photos and details, what the reservation includes, price, etc.).

Once the desired room is selected, you will see the allowed guests on the hotel request. Once you confirm all travelers, Click on "Submit".

Once you submit your request, you will see a confirmation page. You will also receive an email confirming the submission of your request. You can always track your request by clicking on "View Booking Details" button. Once processed, your hotel voucher will be sent to you instantly!
