This guide explains how to install the Almosafer Business mobile app on Android phones and iPhones (iOS). The app is distributed directly by Almosafer and is not available on the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store, so you will install it using a link provided by us. Find your device type below and follow the steps.
Before installing, make sure you have the following:
A download link for your device, provided by us. Android and iPhone
A stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
Your Almosafer Business login details (the same credentials you use for the web portal). If the app opens but will not let me sign in: Confirm you are using your Almosafer Business credentials. If it still fails, your account may not be active yet, so contact your Almosafer Business Key Account Manager.
The iPhone app is an Enterprise build, so it is not installed from the App Store.
Establish trust for developers of manually installed enterprise apps
When you first open an enterprise app that you've manually installed, you'll see a notification that the developer of the app isn't trusted on your device, and you won't be able to open the app. Tap Cancel, then continue to the next step.
2. Tap Settings > General > VPN & Device Management.
3. In the Enterprise App section, tap the name of the app developer; Almosafer
4. Tap Trust "Almosafer" to continue. In iOS 18, iPadOS 18, and visionOS 2 and later, tap "Allow & Restart" to proceed with establishing trust. In earlier software versions, tap Trust to establish trust.
5. After your device restarts, follow the onscreen instructions to complete the process and trust the developer.
After you trust this developer, you can manually install other apps from the same developer and open them immediately.
After you verify an app for the first time, your iPhone, iPad, or Vision Pro must reverify the app developer's certificate periodically to maintain trust. If you can't reverify, you may see a message that verification will expire soon.
Revoking trust for an app developer
When you first open an enterprise app that you've manually installed, you'll see a notification that the developer of the app isn't trusted on your device, and you won't be able to open the app. Tap Cancel, then continue to the next step.
If the manually installed app is not verified
You must be connected to the Internet to verify the app developer's certificate when establishing trust. If you're behind a firewall, make sure that it's configured to allow connections to https://ppq.apple.com. If you aren't connected to the Internet when you trust an app, the device displays "Not Verified" instead. To use the app, connect to the Internet and tap the Verify App button.
On your Android phone, open the download link below
Tap the link to download the .apk file. If your browser warns that this type of file can harm your device, choose "Download anyway"; the file is safe and comes from Almosafer.
When the download finishes, tap the file to open it (you can also find it in your Downloads folder or notification bar).
The first time, Android will ask for permission to install apps from this source. Tap Settings, turn on "Allow from this source" (or "Install unknown apps"), then go back.
Tap Install, wait for it to finish, then tap Open.
Sign in with your Almosafer Business credentials.
Troubleshooting
"App not installed": Remove any older version of the app first, make sure you have enough free storage, then try again. Or if its blocked by Play Protect: Tap "More details", then "Install anyway". The app is safe.
